This notice identifies the operator of this website and the services described on it. It also provides information about copyright, trademarks, and liability. EU compliance — operator identity

Several EU jurisdictions, particularly Germany and Austria, require commercial websites to make the operator's identity and contact details easily and permanently accessible. This page provides the operator's name and a direct electronic contact.

A registered postal address is not yet published. The operator is an individual, and a non-home registered address will be added when the operating company has been established. This is a disclosed interim position. This notice is not legal advice and should be reviewed for the relevant jurisdictions before it is relied upon.

Dispute resolution ​

Billing and order disputes should first be raised with the store or payment provider that processed the transaction. See our Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.

We are willing to address consumer complaints directly and in good faith. We are not currently committed to using a specific alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is therefore not referenced here.

Trademarks ​

Hyperoche and Phengos are trademarks claimed by Hyperoche (Gijo Mathew). Trademark applications for both names are in progress. These names may not be used to identify other products or services without permission.

Other product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.

The content of this website provides general information about Hyperoche and its products. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free from error.
